Annie Reece


Annie teaches a rigorous heated vinyassa flow yoga. These classes work to create length & strength in the musculoskeletal system, proper body alignment and lining breath to body movement to create meditation in motion.  All of which result in deeper mindfulness, confidence, and stress relief in a fun relaxed environment.  Annie Graduated with a BA in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science,  she has been dedicated to her yoga practice since 2000 and has taught a variety of disciplines, since receiving her RYT 200 hr certification.  Annie has a love for adventure and the outdoors - she has found that through the practice of yoga she has been able to maintain an active lifestyle filled with Mt Biking, Skiing, and Slacklining.  Annie hopes to bring joy, stress relief and growth both physically, mentally, and emotionally to all of our students. 

Marcy Wood


 Marcy  is an accomplished group ex, yoga instructor and personal trainer since  1991. She holds a degree in Kinesiology and has earned her 200 E-RYT  and 500 RYT through various disciplines including Corepower Yoga, Shiva  Rea and Shambhava School of Yoga. Marcy holds multiple certifications  through AFAA, G.E.A.R., TRX, Bender Barre and Silver Sneakers. And also  maintains CEC courses through Postural Restoration™ and Functional  Movement Screening™. Injury prevention is her highest priority. She is a certified Wilderness First Responder and ROCKTAPE™ provider. Marcy pursues personal well-being as a conscious effort to live healthy. A Boulder native, her family moved to Ouray in June of 2015, she loves hiking when not attending to her husband, three kids, and her plethora of pets. 

Heather Blakeman


Heather is a certified Insanity Live instructor at Beachbody LIVE, and wellness Coach, with a focus in Sports and Fitness Nutrition.  When She is not teaching classes at Savasana Studios she can be found in Telluride where she  is a Sports and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Coach at Heather Rose's Health & Wellness
